The purpose of this article is to fill in some detail as to what Sennacherib's occupations were between the Judah campaign and his death, and then bring this information to bear on some much discussed issues. Of particular focus are the apparent discrepancies in the tribute between the Biblical account and the Assyrian lists, whether there was a second campaign into Judah, and any further detail on his assassination.
